AS350 B3E DUAL HYDRAULIC (ASTAR)

The AS350 B3e is an intermediate category single engine 5 passenger helicopter equipped with a FADEC controlled Arriel 2D turbine engine. It carries high-tech equipment and features a comfortable cabin and large cargo storage capacity. Design is largely based on composite materials (blades, Starflex type main rotor hub, airframe, cowlings). The AS350 B3e’s speed, range, impressive useful loads, combined with a roomy, quiet cabin make it suitable for a variety of missions from fire suppression to executive transport. The B3e considered the latest and greatest Astar model being produced by Airbus. The dual hydraulic option allows for an increase in internal gross weight with an added level of safety.
